A person was killed and another got injured in shooting incident in Garden area.
A woman identified as Afshan was shot dead in Surjani Town. In Sachal area, a bullet-ridden body was found.
Separately, a person got injured in firing incident near Civil Hospital. A robber was also killed in police encounter on University Road.
On the other hand, Rangers conducted a targeted operation in Mehmoodabad area. At least 23 suspects were arrested during house-to-house search.
Entry and exit points of the area were sealed during the operation that lasted for three hours.
