Summary ANP chief Asfandyar Wali says government will have to choose between Kalabagh Dam and the country.
PESHAWAR: ANP chief Asfandyar Wali has said that his party would not accept even the order of Supreme Court regarding the construction of Kalabagh Dam.
Addressing a public rally in Peshawar, Asfandyar Wali said that the ANP had launched an organized campaign against construction of Kalabagh Dam, adding if the Supreme Court takes any decision in this regard, ANP would not recognize.
He said that all the provinces should keep in view the interests of each another.
He made it clear that the ANP respects the decisions taken in Attock and Jahangira where it had been determined that Kalabagh dam construction would not be allowed at any cost.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Amir Haider Hoti said that meeting of national security should be called on the issue.
