RAWALPINDI: District and Sessions Judge Syed Maroof Ahmad Ali has adjourned hearing of fake degree case against PML-N MPA Shaukat Bhatti till December, 08 owing to absence of Deputy Election Commissioner (DEC).
Notice was issued to prosecution on application from Shaukat Bhatti MPA seeking copies of documents in respect of the case.
The court was told during hearing on Saturday that DEC could not appear to record his statement being preoccupied in by polls.
