Summary President Zardari says PPP believes in politics of reconciliation and dialogue.

 

KARACHI: A meeting of Pakistan People’s Party core committee held on Wednesday. 


Addressing the meeting President Asif Ali Zardari said Benazir Bhutto had reconciled even with those who demanded execution of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. He said he believed in reconciliation and the party would take all coalition partners on board.


President Zardari directed the party leader to prepare for the upcoming general elections. He also formed a committee to convince the coalition partners who had grievances against the government.


The committee comprises former Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani, Khurseed Shah, Naveed Qamar, Qaim Ali Shah, Manzoor Wasan, Pir Mazhar-ul-Haq and Agha Siraj Durrani.


The committee would meet Pir Pagara, Ghulam Murtaza Jatoi and Asfandyar Wali Khan.
