20 mortar shells have been fired from Afghanistan that landed into Pakistani territoryon Saturday, official sources told Dunya News.
According to the details, the mortar shells landed near Angoor Ada and Zhoba Pahar, located near Pak-Afghan border.
The shells have destroyed a vehicle completely while no casualties have been reported as yet.
For the last few months several cross-border shelling and rockets attacks have been witnessed especially in the tribal areas and the Dir districts. Pakistani authorities have repeatedly told the Afghan government to curb the cross border attacks.
