'Rulers couldn't withstand pressure over NATO supplies'

Talking to the media Wednesday he said that the government had failed to solve the problems of masses. Lawlessness and unemployment had become hallmarks of the day while rulers were busy in making money for their vested interests, he said.He said if the parliament was supreme in the country why the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority increases power tariffs without keeping in view the plight of the people who are already living a pitiable life due to unbearable inflation.He said that the government had no option on the issue of NATO supplies.Commenting on next general elections he said that he was in consultation with the heads of other political parties and would take further decision after consultation with party leaders.He said that he was pleased with PML-N chief’s decision of raising voice if NATO supplies were restored against the will of the nation.
