PHC orders police to close torture cells

The court also sought details of detained persons within a month.All the high officials including Secretary Defence and Secretary for Interior appeared in the court of PHC Chief Justice and assured that courts orders would be followed in their true spirit.Defence of Human Rights Head Aamina Masood and other political leaders were also present in the court.The court also ordered to provide reasonable and indispensable facilities to the prisoners.It is worth mentioning that the number of missing persons from Peshawar is approximately 300.The hearing of their case is being conducted in the court today. Parents and families of missing person were also carrying snaps of their beloved ones. They were telling miserable stories of their families to everyone.
