Summary PTI workers took out a torch bearing rally in Islamabad to express solidarity with Chief Justice.
The started from Super Market in Islamabad and culminated at the minister Enclave. The participants of the rally chanted slogans in favour of judiciary and Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry. They also chanted anti-government slogans.The participants of the rally wanted to march up to the residence of Chief Justice to express solidarity with him but the security officials stopped them at the check post near the Minister Enclave upon which the PTI worker handed a bouquet to Deputy Commissioner to pass it to Chief Justice.
