Justice Qazi Hussain Esa has said that neither the record of Hussain Haqqani phone bills is directly provided from the company nor the commission has been given the documentary record.Stating arguments, Akram Shiekh, counsel of Mansoor Ijaz, said that Zahid Bukhari doesn’t appear before the commission after filing application himself.Pointing out the recent statements of Haqqani’s lawyer, Akram Sheikh said Zahid Bukhari is giving statements on media that the investigation into the case has been completed.During the session, The laywer of Mansoor Ijaz asked the court to order Hussain Haqqani to bear all expenditures of forensic tests.He informed the commission that a legal notice for damages has been sent to Mansoor Ijaz by Hussain Haqqani.
