Summary Nepra issued a notification to increase power tariff under four-months fuel adjustment plan.
National Electric Power Regulator authority on Thursday issued a notification to increase electricity tariff to recover the cost of fuel from month of October, 2011 till January, 2012.NEPRA shifted the increase of Rs 2.21 per unit in October, Rs 1.27 per unit in November, 97 paisas in December and Rs 1.96 per unit in January under the fuel adjustment plan.Electricity bills from months of June, 2012 to September, 2012 would be distributed with the imposed fuel adjustment surcharge.
