Summary Senate passes resolution strongly condemning desecration of Holy Quran by US Pastor.
The Senate on Wednesday unanimously passed a resolution strongly condemning the desecration of the Holy Quran by a US Pastor Terry Jones.The resolution was moved by Farhatullah Babar.It noted that such acts would lead to clash of civilization and dent interfaith harmony.The resolution urged UN Secretary General to play his role for promotion of religious harmony.
