Summary A police official was killed and another injured in rocket attack and firing by criminals in Lyari.
The criminals fired rockets and hurled grenade on police when the law enforcement personnel approached toward areas adjacent to Gul Muhammad Lane, Seeti Lane and Baghdadi Police Station, killing one police official and injuring another.The dead police official belonged to Rapid Force Sukkur Range.Meanwhile, firing continues in different parts in Lyari. More police commandoes were deployed in the surroundings of Cheel Chowk and Afshani Gali areas in Lyari.Mobile service was jammed before the start of police operation.Earlier, three people were killed and more than 20 injured in rockets and grenade attacks yesterday.
