Summary CJP has ordered police officials to recover the missing persons in next two days.
A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry is hearing the case pertaining to the law and order situation in Balochistan at Quetta’s Supreme Court registry.During the hearing, Justice Khilji Arif Hussian remarked that the deteriorating law and order situation is an issue of Pakistan not of United States.Referring to the Lyari operation, Justice Tariq Pervez questioned where the miscreants got the rockets in Lyari.Advocate general Amanullah told the court that a security plan has been formulated for Quetta.CJP warned all police officials to recover and present the people went missing from Jinnah town and Shalkot till day after tomorrow otherwise all of them will be held.He lamented that the situation can’t be controlled if the ministers were involved in cases of abduction.
