Summary Talks between PPP and MQM on local body system and polls in Sindh remained inconclusive.
The meeting between Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) delegations was held at the Chief Minister House in Karachi to discuss LB elections in Sindh. Gobernor and Chief Minister Sindh were also present during the meeting.The MQM leader Syed Sardar Ahmad said after the meeting that both the parties had detailed talks on LB elections, however, they failed to reach any conclusion. He said that the consultative process will remain continue in the future and hoped to achieve a result.
