Summary Punjab CM has directed Sargodha DPO Muhammad Rizwan to continue his service.
The government of Punjab would not relive him, said Shahbaz Sharif. The federal government has transferred the DPO Dr Muhammad Rizwan to Balochistan. Before this, the DPO Sargodha also had been transferred to Gilgit Biltistan as he had arrested PPP ex-PMA Aslam Madhiana for breaking legs of an old-aged school teacher Nafees Khan. Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, while taking suo motu notice of the issue, remarked that what kind of this notification as neither Dr Rizwan nor Chief Secretary Punjab has been informed about this. It is worthy of note that citizens from all walks of life in Sargodha are feeling restlessness on the decision of transfer orders for the second time.
