Summary A writ petition has been filed in LHC for taking back protocol and other facilities from PM Gilani.
The petitioner’s counsel Rana Ilmuddin Ghazi adopted the stance that the Supreme Court had declared the Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani convicted; now, he has been no more prime minister. Despite this, he is enjoying political powers and mercilessly and unscrupulously using official resources for his vested interests.The petitioner also claimed that after the Supreme Court’s verdict, any order issued by the prime minister is illegal and unconstitutional.He prayed to the court that all the facilities and official sources should be taken back from the Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani.
