Summary A Bhawalpur-bound PIA flight returns to Karachi after receiving hijacking threats from a passenger.
The aircraft was carrying 52 passengers including five crew members.According to sources, soon after the take-off of PIA PK-586 flight, a passenger exchanged harsh words with air-hostess and threatened to hijack the plane.The aviation sources said the passenger tried to barge in the cock-pit on which the captain diverted the plane back to the metropolis.The Airport Security Forces (ASF) commandoes took the passenger into custody and allowed it to take off after completing its investigation.
