The Anti Narcotic Force (ANF) has submitted a list of 10 accused involved in Chemical quota scandal in the Supreme Court which also included the names of PM’s son Ali Musa Gilani and Khushund Lashari the Principal Secretary of the Prime Minister.Brigadier Fahim Khan, regional director of the ANF has submitted some documents regarding Rs 7 billing drug scam in the supreme court.According to the Anti Narcotic Force sources, a miscellaneous application in the in ephedrine import scam has been moved in the Supreme Court of Pakistan by Brigadier Fahim Khan, regional director of the ANF.Former DG Health Asad Hafeez, Deputy Drug Controller Abdus Sattar Sohrani, MNA Mian Abdus Sattar and his friend Anjum Shah, Drug Controller Sheikh Ansar and caretaker Secretary Zafar Abbas Lak have been named co-accused.The ANF said that PM house used influence in the allotment of ephedrine quota that was in violation of laws of United Nations.ANF alleged that Lak was trying to sabotage the inquiry process, and added that the ministry of narcotics has been asking ANF to stop its inquiry and also stop the proceedings in the Supreme Court.The court raised objections over the report saying that some documents were incomplete and adjourned the hearing till Friday. A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, will hear the case.This development come a day later when Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani had asked his son Ali Musa Gilani to shorten his honey moon and return to Pakistan to face allegations in connection with ephedrine import scam.
