The Supreme Court (SC) has directed Aitzaz Ahsan, counsel of Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in contempt case, to complete his argument today.A seven-member lager bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Justice Nasirul Mulk, will resume hearing of contempt case against Prime Minister today.During the previous hearin, PM’s counsel Aitzaz Ahsan completed his argument regarding Article 10(A) and started his argument on president immunity. Zardari as head of the state enjoyed blanket immunity in all courts under the international laws, Aitzaz said.Resuming his arguments, the counsel said that the president could not be presented before a Swiss magistrate as long as he held the office.He said, “Submitting the president to foreign courts will be humiliation of Pakistan. The Swiss courts are not asking and we are going to submit him.”Meanwhile, a two-member bench of the Supreme Court will also resume contempt case hearing against Babar Awan. Barrister Ali Zafar, counsel of Babar Awan, will present his arguments.
