Current bench ineligible to hear the case: Aitzaz

The seven member bench headed by Justice Nasirul Malik is hearing the case.During the hearing, Aitzaz Ahsan, counsel of Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani, reiterated that the current bench cannot hear the case under the article 10 (A) of the constitution. He said that the bench who had issued notice to the prime minister is not eligible to hear the case.Stating article 10 (A), Aitzaz said it is the right of PM to get a fair trial.
