Summary Chief Justice of Pakistan has sought details of expenditure on Benazir murder case report by the UN.

Three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by JCP Iftikhar Muhammad Chaurdhry conducted hearing of case regarding second FIR on Benzir murder case and remarked that million of rupees have been spent on report prepared by the UN but the nation is absolutely unaware of its details.He said that it is regrettable that all and sundry are of the view that second FIR should not be lodged pertaining to Benazir murder case.He also called an explanation from the Secretary Interior as why the report has not been made public.Rashid A Rizwi, the counsel for the petitioner Aslam Chaudhry, said that some forces were playing tricks with the great leader. A large number of new things would come on the surface after registration of second FIR.Next hearing of the case would be made on April 24.
