Summary The Supreme Court will hear application of lodging second FIR in Benazir murder case today.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, will hear the application.During the previous hearing, the FIA prosecutor informed the court that Anti Terrorist Court has issued arrest warrants of accused Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf.Meanwhile, the counsel of Interior Minister Rehman Malik said that the hearing of the application for lodging second FIR will be challenged.
