The vocational institutes’ workers called off strike after government assurance that their demands will be fulfilled.More that 3,000 employees of vocational institutes of Punjab were protesting for regular pay scale for the past four days outside CM House on Club Road, Lahore.The government has formed a nine-member committee who will meet representatives of the protesting workers in three days time to find out solution to their problems and submit a report to Chief Minister Punjab.
