Summary DPC has rejected resolution of PCNS and announced to launch a countrywide movement.
Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Defence of Pakistan Council chairman Maulana Samiul Haq said that the parliament has passed resolution in order to please the US; though the resolution which is diametrically against the national interests and expectations of the nation.He said that the people residing in the way of Nato route would halt the Nato supply to Afghanistan.He said that all the recommendations presented by the PCNS had proved futile; the government should go to the UNO against drone attacks.Maulana Samiul Haque also invited PTI chief Imran Khan to join the Defence of Pakistan Council.
