Summary Lahore Accountability Court has charged frames against Hamesh Khan and 16 other accused.
They are accused of being involved in Punjab Bank fraud case.According to charges, the accused borrowed Rs 9 billion from the bank in the name of so-called companies in connivance with bank officials and did not return the borrowed amount from the said bank.When the accused produced in the court, all of them diametrically refused to accept the validity of accusations. At this, the court has sought evidences from prosecution on April 17.
