The session of federal cabinet presided by Prime Minister Gilani is underway in Islamabad.Today’s session is discussing the 15-point agenda including the recommendations given by parliamentary committee on national security, relations with United States, security situation and energy crisis prevailing in the country.The session is likely to approve the paper pertaining to the restoration of Pakistan steel and its budget.The session will also allow to start the discussions with Italy, China, Nepal, Oman and Kirgizstan independently over the anti-narcotics agreements. Matters regarding the immigration policy with South Africa will also bediscussed.During the session, the members of cabinet also prayed for the army men buried under the avalanche in Siachen.
