Summary Rs 1470 would be deducted from salaries of Sindh Assembly members.
This decision would be in effect from March, 2012.According to sources, before this, tax on Sindh Assembly members could not be imposed as their salaries were too less to be imposed new taxes.Now, the government has decided to deduct Rs 1470 from salary of each member Sindh Assembly as tax.All parties have termed it a good decision and the amount collected from salaries would be spent for progress and prosperity of the country.
