Summary The termination of Arbab Rahims Sindh Assembly membership has been challenged in SHC.
Arbab Inayat, son of former Sindh CM, took the stance in the his petition filed in the Sindh High Court that termination of Sindh Assembly membership of Arbab Ghulam Rahim rejecting his leave application was based on dishonesty.He pleaded the court to declare this act unconstitutional and restore Sindh Assembly membership of the former Sindh CM.
