Summary Sargodha ATC adjourned teacher torture case till April 5.
An anti-terrorism court in Sargodha heard the case against former PPP MPA Aslam Madhianna in teacher torture case on Saturday.Madhianna was presented before court along with five accomplices amid tight security.The victim’s counsel said former MPA is trying to delay proceedings by using different tactics.On this, the court ordered to present witnesses in the next hearing.Court has also appointed Abdul Rehman Rashid as a representative of three of the accused.
