Summary A case has been registered against killings of six people on Spini road in Quetta on Thursday.
A complete shutter-down strike was observed in provincial capital of Balochistan on Friday against recent target killing incidents.The strike had been called by Pshtunkhwa Mili Awami Party, which has paralysed business and trade activities in the city.On Thursday, unknown attackers on motorbikes opened indiscriminate fire on a van carrying passengers from Hazara community in Quetta, killing six people.The killings of Hazara community members sparked violent protests in the city and protestors torched a Wasa tanker, a vehicle, a motorbike and an under-construction girls’ college on Brewery Road.According to reports, a policeman also died during confrontation with angry demonstrators.
