Summary At least 15 people were arrested during Rangers operation in Baloch Para area of Karachi.
A heavy contingent of Rangers cordoned off different streets and searched specific homes during the operation which lasted for two hours.The persons arrested during targeted operation are being investigated. Firing erupted in the locality soon after Rangers left the area after completing the search operation. The angry residents tortured the media teams who were there to cover the search operation and also tried to snatch cameras from TV journalists. Police failed to reach the locality after firing broke out after ther search operation.
