Summary Supreme Court has accepted application seeking more time for further investigation.
Larger bench headed by Chief Justice conducted hearing of the case. On the question of Chief Justice, the Attorney General said he should be given time for six weeks for further investigation. Before commencement of case, the Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry expressed his anger over absence of the Attorney General who apologized over negligence. Supreme Court has ordered to extend six weeks to the Memo Commission for further inquiry.
