Summary The Judicial Commission probing memo scandal has pleaded the SC to grant it further extension.
The Supreme Court will hear the issue of extension to the Memo Commission on Thursday.A lager bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will start the proceedings of the issue of granting extension to the memo commission for which all the respondents have been summoned.The Supreme Court will hear three petitions regarding memo issue including extension to the judicial commission, Hussain Haqqani’s statement via video link and bringing him back in the country.Earlier, the Memo Commission was granted 2-month extension but it could not complete the investigation.
