Summary The Supreme Court has adjourned the hearing of the PM contempt case till April 12.

A seven-member larger bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk, is hearing the contempt case against Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani.Counsel for PM Aitzaz Ahsan, who could not attend the proceedings on Monday due to his ailment, appeared before the court.Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk inquired about the health of Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan and said that how he was feeling.Aitzaz Ahsan said that he took heavy dose on the suggestion of the court due to which his ailment further intensified.The supreme Court adjourned the hearing of the case till April 12.In the previous hearing on Monday, the PM’s assistant counsel in the case, Barrister Gohar, informed the apex court that PM’s counsel Aitzaz Ahsan could not appear before that court as he was not feeling well.
