Summary Supreme Court of Pakistan will resume contempt of court proceedings against Prime Minister today.
A seven-member larger bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk, is hearing of the contempt case against Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani.In the previous hearing on Monday, the PM’s assistant counsel in the case, Barrister Gohar, informed the apex court that PM’s counsel Aitzaz Ahsan could not appear before that court as his was not feeling well after which the court adjourned the hearing of the case till today.
