Zardari, Nawaz two sides of same coin: Imran

Addressing his party’s rally in Mianwali, Imran Khan said that the time has come to hold all those accountable who had been living luxurious lives on taxpayers’ money. “Zardari and Nawaz, in fact, are the two sides of the same coin,” he added.He said Pakistan would need to be liberated from the clutches of these corrupt rulers so that the country may not be subjugated to foreign powers for vested interests anymore.Imran said the PTI would make Pakistan a true welfare state as envisioned by the father of Pakistan, the Quaid-e-Azam. He said the people would be thankful to Mianwali once the PTI brings about a revolution.The PTI chief said that the people are dying of hunger as corruption done in the last four years doesn’t find any parallel in the annals of history. He said PM Gilani would pass out before he could write the Swiss letter. He said the people are Pakistan are neither getting any respect nor ‘roti, kapra and makan’.Imran reiterated that the people gave a lot of honour and respect to Zardari and Nawaz but both gave the people despondency in return. “The country is being looted in the name of democracy. Now is the time to hold the corrupt accountable, he added.
