The memo commission will hold its proceedings on Friday at the Islamabad High Court and the Pakistani High Commission in London.Justice Qazi Faiz Issa will preside over the meeting in which Mansoor Ijaz, the central figure in memo scandal, will appear before the commission from London via video link..In yesterday’s proceedings, Zahid Bukhari, the counsel for Husain Haqqani began cross-examination of Mansoor Ijaz.Mansoor Ijaz informed the commission that he was in contact with intelligence agencies of several countries but could not give an exact number.Zahid Bukhari stated that the US businessman was always against Pakistan’s nuclear capabilities.On this, Mansoor Ijaz replied that he was against proliferation not the nuclear programme.
