Summary Judges and court staff of Karachi City Courts called off strike after successful talks with lawyers.
Justice Maqbool Baqir of Sindh High Court, while taking notice of judges’s strike and protest of lawyers, summoned district judge and lawyer leaders. Afterward, judges called of strike after negotiations.Earlier, the judges and other staff stopped working in protest against the misconduct of lawyers. Proceedings of hundreds of cases were delayed due to the protest of judicial staff.Later, the lawyers protested against the strike of judges and other judicial staff of the Karachi City Court.
