Summary Three affected families of Dec 27, 2007 incident requested the court to become party in the case.
Widows of two men killed in the incident and father of another victim filed an application in the court, requesting to allow them to make a party in the Benazir Bhutto murder case.The court allowed them to make a party and adjourned the hearing till March 17.The Anti Terrorism Court also took up for hearing the petition filed by Sehba Musharraf against the confiscation of her husband, Pervez Musharrafs property.Counsel for FIA told the court that Bank Account existed in the name of Pervez Musharraf Foundation which was registered in London.Earlier Rashid Qureshi, Muhammad Ali Saif and Muhammad Amjid operated this account. Later through a letter written to Bank authorities, Pervez Musharraf and Arif Anwar were authorized to operate this account.The judge of ATC adjourned the hearing of the case till March 17 while seeking reply from counsel for the bank on the justification of opening of a bank account in Pakistan in respect of a London based organisation.
