Speaking to Dunya News, Humera Muslim, a schoolteacher explains that children usually sleep late because everyone at home, especially adults, stay awake late at night. “Even if parents make their children sleep at sound hours during the night, these children still have access to the internet and end up sleeping late, which means they don’t get enough sleep,” Muslim added.

Another factor which has become the main cause of disturbed sleep during the night is the lack of physical activity, which affects children in schools where they are seen dozing off or yawning.
