KP : Prisoners facing AIDS, hepatitis

PESHAWAR ( Dunya News ) –Aids and Hepatitis jad been revealed in the prisoners in the jails of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

In this context, almost 138 prisoners suffering from Hepatitis C, while 29 suffering from Hepatitis B.

25 prisoners suffering from AIDS and four were facing tuberculosis - the most ill prisoners,47, were in the Peshawar Central Jail.

It had been revealed that prisoners were jailed more than their required limit.
