The Los Angeles County Coroners office has completed the autopsy on Whitney Houston but is awaiting toxicology reports before determining a cause of death.The Los Angeles County Coroners office is holding off on determining a cause of death in the passing of singing legend Whitney Houston, until all test results are in.Coroners assistant chief Ed Winter told a crowd of reporters that an autopsy on Houston was completed on Sunday.Winters added that a security hold has been placed on the case, limiting the information that can be released. He did confirm though that Houstons body was found in the bathtub.Houston was found dead at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles on Saturday.The pop icon was inspired by soul singers in her New Jersey family, including mother Cissy Houston and cousins Dionne Warwick and the late Dee Dee Warwick, as well as her godmother Aretha Franklin and became one of the most celebrated female singers of all time, taking multiple Emmy, Grammy and Billboard Music awards.Her popularity soared in the 1980s and 1990s with consecutive number 1 hits including the smash single I Will Always Love You, from the soundtrack of the feature film The Bodyguard, in which she starred.Whitney Houston was 48.
