The 30-year-old superstar welcomed the baby girl at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City late Saturday night, with her husband Jay-Z by her side.Proud papa Jay-Z reportedly shelled out a whopping $1.3 million to rent out an entire floor of the hospital for Blue’s arrival.Celebrity friends, Rihanna and Russell Simmons, took to Twitter to congratulate the couple.
