Summary The Islamabad High Court dismissed a petition seeking registration of a case against Veena Malik.
The IHC rejected the application and ruled that the court could not conduct hearing into the application as Veena’s photos were published in a foreign magazine.The court observed that it is not authorized to take up the application for hearing as Zahida alias Veena Malik was a resident of Lahore and the offense was committed in Mumbai.
