Summary Lahore District Administration sent letter to provincial government, seeking ban on artiste Nargis.
Before this, she has also been issued a show-cause-notice over vulgar dance.She is accused of performing vulgar dance during a stage drama at Naz Theatre and singing more songs than prescribed or suggested by law.The Home Ministry has sought an explanation from Nargis, Khushbo, producer Ali Raza and the theatre owner on November 5.However, the district administration has recommended the Home ministry for ban on Nargis due to her violation of rules and regulations.It has also been also requestedthat permission should be given to register a case against accused in case of not having satisfactory explanation with cancellation of theatre license.The district administration also has provided proofs of violation committed by Nargis.
