Kareena’s wax statue was scheduled to be unveiled in the second week of October but the date got postponed after the sad demise of beau Saif Ali Khans father, cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. Bebo was in no mood to attend any event after the catastrophe, she just wanted to be there for Saif and his family.Kareena cancelled all her appointments and public appearances that were scheduled in the first week of October. She conveyed to the museum authorities that she could not take part in any form of celebration or attend any public function before Diwali. The museum authorities assured her that they were ready to wait. Everything fell in place and Kareena finalized October 27 as the date for unveiling her statue.
