Ranbir Kapoor turns 29 today

It is Ranbir Kapoor’s birthday today but the actor won’t be partying. Rather he’ll be busy, shooting for the film Barfee from morning to evening. Yet, there could be a surprise waiting for him.Ranbir Kapoor, the up and coming star of Bollywood known as much for his flings with pretty young things as his potential to become a superstar one day, turns 29 today. But he plans to spend the day not partying but shooting for director Anurag Basu’s film Barfee with Priyanka Chopra.Yes, Ranbir will be spending most of his day at Chandivali Studios in Mumbai. We hear that the film’s crew has planned a small surprise party for Ranbir on the film’s sets and a cake will be brought in.In the evening, Ranbir plans to dine out with his parents. He is very close to his mother Neetu Kapoor and makes it a point to spend time with her every birthday. A few close friends of Ranbir will visit him in the evening and they will celebrate the birthday, but in a very low-key way.Ranbir, who is looking forward to the release of his much-anticipated film Rockstar, says he’s not much of a birthday guy, though a party was thrown for him by the Rockstar team.
