Summary Ashton Kutcher is pretty confident about his new role in Two and a Half Men.
In an appearance on the late show with David Letterman, the 33-year-old said he feels good about the sitcoms return -- without Charlie Sheen.You get out [on stage] and the audience goes crazy, the former That 70s Show star said. I think its gonna go through the roof. I really do. Ive been laughing really hard.According to CBS Entertainment President Nina Tassler, Kutcher will assume the alter ego of Walden Schmidt, an internet billionaire with a broken heart.Demi Moores hubby -- who will be earning $700,000 per episode according to a TV Guide report -- is replacing Sheen, 45,who was fired from the show in March. Sheens character, Charlie Harper, is killed off in the season premiere. Kutchers first episode of Two and a Half Men airs September 19 on CBS.
