Katrina Kaif and Abhishek Bachchan may not form a pair for ‘Dostana 2’ as its producer, Karan Johar, and director, Tarun Mansukhani, have not been on the best of terms over some creative ideas about the film.Katrina had reportedly given her word to Karan and Mansukhani that she would keep her pairing with Abhishek Bachchan exclusive to this sequel of ‘Dostana’. She rejected many offers, including Abbas-Mustan’s ‘Players’ and Rajkumar Santoshi’s ‘Ladies & Gentlemen’, to work opposite Abhishek.
