Summary A performance called Extraordinary Trip was shown at the Water Cube in Beijing.
The show featured some famous star singers such as Leehom Wang, Eason Chan and Olympic champion Wu Minxia. It was a fantastic joint show performed by entertainment stars and sports stars. Some famous Chinese divers showed their talents in singing and dancing. He Chong and He Zi, two diving champions, played a couple in the show, singing pop songs for the audience. Jam Hsiao, a singer from Taiwan, innovatively staged his performance on the 10-meter platform. Diving was also developed into a new style in the show. Divers performed mixed doubles diving, threesome diving and group diving.The main theme of the show is water and environmental protection. The performance includes many styles of shows such as singing, dancing, water ballet and diving. It tells a story about a couple who must pass in their way an iceberg, blue water, and a forest to finally find the Crystal of Water and restore the Earths water resources. All revenue will be donated to the Chinese Athletes Educational Foundation for the improvement of sports facility for children in remote areas and professional training and English teaching for Chinese athletes.
